Fixed-Priced Fees

We break projects into phases and set a price for each stage, wherever possible. We share the risk with you. Excellence at a fixed cost.

Hour Blocks

We offer discounted blocks of prepaid hours. You receive regular statements tracking your usage. Ideal for Fractional General Counsel engagements.

Automatic discounts

We reduce our fees by 5% for every $50,000 in cumulative billings, up to a maximum discount of 25% off our base rate.
